We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day, keep you informed while we work to resolve it, and give you a final response within 30 calendar days.

The Complaints Manager aims to resolve complaints within five business days. If it will take longer, they will keep you updated and give you a written response explaining the outcome and the reasons for the decision.
3. Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, or you have not received a response within 30 days, you can refer your complaint to AFCA. AFCA is an independent external dispute resolution scheme, and its service is free for consumers. Time limits apply to lodging a complaint, so check AFCA's website for details.
